I purchased these lights from V-LED 5K SMT 5LED cube to replace the stock 194 bulb.

Originally I had read on a Cadillac Forum to remove all the lower plastic shielding and that if you had skinny arms, you could change these bulbs from below.

As I quickly learned, this was a pain in the ass especially from the (laying on your back) with jacks. You need TWO hands really to plug in the new bulb and hold the harness, once you finally opened the large jar type plug to the lower part of the headlight.

I ended up dropping the LED replacement and it fell into the Fog light housing, this is a SEVERLY less painful method. Remove the 3 x 7mm bolts (2 on the bottom of the air dam and one on the upper corner near the orange lens… push in slightly.. oh look, your right there, easy, the harness hangs outside the hole, no issues. There is NO NEED TO remove all the under plastic panels for this… NONE.

This is looking from below, because I had already removed the panels, the brake ducting and fender cover. Shown in Yellow is the harness plug hanging and in RED is the large lid screws into the bottom of the housing. – Sorry its blurry
